Smile GoUber does not operate in Belarus. If you land in Minsk expecting to open the Uber app, it won't find any cars. Your Uber account and saved cards won't help here — the company simply isn't present in the country.

Tips for visitors
Order your airport taxi the moment you land — cars reach Minsk National Airport (MSQ) day and night. Set your hotel as the destination so the price is fixed for the whole ~40 km trip to the city. Tipping isn't expected, and you can get a receipt by email for expenses.
